Order placement

Once you have placed your order it is processed by us and usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will be notified at each stage of your order via e-mail.

  Pending: Your order has been received by our system and is awaiting to be processed by our sales team.
  Processing: We will contact you for your payment details and process them once your order is ready to ship. Backorders are not charged until they are shipped, these can be cancelled if you would rather not wait.
  Dispatched: Your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping for all orders over £100 and for orders under £100 a £5.00 charge.

Free shipping and shipping charges quoted are for delivery to UK mainland addresses, for costs to other destinations please email or phone.
