Wheel Building
Between our two mechanics we have nearly 40 years of wheel building experience.
We can custom build your ultimate wheel set using any rim, hub and spoke combination for your road or MTB requirements, using the finest materials, tools and knowledge available.
We also able to service todays hitech wheelsets such as those by Shimano and Mavic.
Workshop
We give a free safety check over and estimate before carrying out any repairs, our mechanics are trained to Association of Cycle Traders CyTech standards.
We are also an accredited Shimano Service Centre.
New Bike Build
Every new bike from Ghyllside Cycles is reassembled, greasing all necessary parts and hand truing the wheels. Each bike takes about two hours to build.
We're so confident of our bike build quality that we offer 3 free services in the first year on all new bike purchases..
