An Endurance Road Bike Like No Other
The Montebello perfectly represents how a bike’s design is a solution to something greater than achieving forward momentum. Each year, Tom Ritchey averages about 15,000 miles in the saddle, which doubles as his “lab” for designing new bikes. During his rides, Tom studied the possibilities for making a more comfortable bike for longer excursions. The result? The Montebello – a “go anywhere” endurance road bike.

Frame Features
Built with proprietary triple-butted Logic steel tubing, the Montebello offers:

• Increased stack, a longer wheelbase, and a lower bottom bracket than its Road Logic sibling, ensuring a welcoming and stable ride for long adventures.
• Practical additions like fender and rack mounts, fulfilling the requests of loyal Ritchey fans.

Fork Highlights
This unique frameset includes the new WCS Carbon Brevet Fork, specifically designed for the Montebello. Key features include:

• Clearance for 40c tires without a fender or 36c with a fender.
• Mounting options for a porteur or lowrider rack and threaded drilling in the crown for attaching rack lights.
• Internal dynamo routing, ideal for long rides, a standard feature in Ritchey adventure forks.
• The hallmark 1–1/8th straight steerer for a precise yet forgiving ride experience.

• Material: Heat-treated, triple-butted Ritchey Logic steel tubing – TIG welded.
• Headtube: Ultra-light forged and machined straight 1-1/8".
• Corrosion Resistance: Electrophoretic Deposition (ED Coat) treated.
